Configurations: View & Compare
Review the knob tuning configurations applied by OtterTune, as well as compare the different values applied in any two configurations.
Each configuration entry includes the measured tuning objective, e.g. throughput, and the timestamp of when it was created.
Clicking on an entry will then load the details of that configuration.
You’ll be able to see, and search through, a list of knobs and their values for this configuration.
You can compare any two configuration versions by clicking ‘Compare Configurations’ when viewing any config. This functionality highlights the differences between the changed configuration values in the two versions and helps you to understand how config data has changed over time.
To compare two configurations:
- 1.Select the first configuration from the list to display its configuration details.
- 2.Select Compare Configurations and choose the second configuration from the dropdown list.
